A Letter to Anyone Who Needs It…

#Brave

Dear Anyonewho needs it,

Your reflection radiates beauty and serenity, touching the very essence of our shared human experience. Through years of plant medicine journeys, I've learned a profound lesson that resonates deeply with your insights: the journey will always unfold, but our willingness to surrender is the key to unlocking its wisdom. Even when fear tries to grip us before, during, or after the medicine, embracing that surrender allows us to fully receive the teachings along our path. Trust in the medicine, for it will always guide us home.

As we walk this transformative journey, let's remember the strength within us. Each of us has overcome countless challenges, emerging as beacons of light – the inner shaman that resides in every soul. While it's important to create a safe space for ourselves, let's not forget to nurture the beautiful spark of humanity that connects us all.

Your emotions are valid and sacred. Allow yourself to feel deeply and let your tears flow freely. They are a testament to your open heart and your capacity for growth and healing. Know that as you embrace your feelings, you're contributing to the collective healing of our world.

With love and admiration for your courage,

Adam Weeks

P.S. I've found three powerful quotes along my path that I'd love to share with you. They serve as gentle reminders of our inner strength and the beauty of our journey. (Quotes to be attached separately)

I am a trained FSS shaman with a proud matriarchal lineage of Northern Tewa descent. My journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, including two decades as a chef following my graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. Currently, I dedicate my work to the field of applied behavioral analysis, supporting the autistic community, while also pursuing further education.

With a deep reverence for plant medicines and time-honored shamanic modalities, I guide individuals in their forward progression, creating a sacred and supportive space for healing and transformation.
