Always One With The Earth

Have you ever paused, truly paused, to feel into what you are made of? Close your eyes for a moment, breathe deeply, and sense the truth that lies beneath your skin. You are not simply flesh and bone—you are a living poem, a sacred story written in the language of the cosmos.

When you gaze at your hands or catch your reflection in a quiet pool, remember: you are a tapestry woven from the very elements of Mother Earth. Science may tell us there are about sixty elements within, with most of your being arising from just six—oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. The rest, trace elements like potassium, sulfur, and magnesium, are the subtle threads that keep your spirit thriving in this world.

But you are more than the sum of these parts. You are a vessel of water—about sixty percent by weight—carrying the ancient memory of rivers, rain, and ocean tides within you. Every drop flows through your trillions of cells, each one a tiny altar where the miracle of life unfolds.

Have you wondered where these elements, these waters, these miracles, truly come from? The answer is as wondrous as a starry night. Every atom in your body was born in the heart of a distant star, or shaped by the slow turning of the Earth’s own bones. The food you eat, the air you breathe, the water you drink—all are gifts from the land, the sky, the sea, and the ancient stones. The calcium in your bones, the iron in your blood—these once belonged to mountains, rivers, and perhaps even to creatures long vanished from this world. You are kin to all that has ever lived.

Deep within, a sacred code—your DNA—whispers the instructions for this dance of life. Passed down from ancestors, carried by the union of egg and seed, it weaves together the recycled threads of existence into the unique being that is you.

It is a profound truth: you are the Earth, recycled and renewed. The atoms that make you may once have been part of a butterfly’s wing, a blade of grass, a river stone, or a dinosaur’s tooth. Life is an endless circle of transformation, and you are a vital part of this eternal dance.

So, as you walk, breathe, eat, and dream, remember: you are not merely living upon the Earth. You are the Earth, experiencing herself through your eyes, your heart, your spirit. This is not just poetry—it is the deepest science, the oldest wisdom.

When you honor the planet, you honor yourself. To love, cherish, and respect Mother Earth is to honor the very source of your being. Let this truth guide you: you are not separate from nature. You are nature—beautiful, mysterious, ever-changing. Treat yourself, and the world, with the reverence both deserve.

Welcome home, child of the stars and the soil.
